We may collect contact details, account information, recruiter application details, company submission details, uploaded documents such as CVs, and communications sent through Recruiter Exchange.
We use information to review recruiter applications, assess hiring briefs, operate member access, maintain the private marketplace, respond to enquiries, and improve the service.
Recruiter CVs and related documents may be processed to support formatting, review, search, or marketplace access workflows. We do not treat uploaded files as public content.
We may use lightweight analytics to understand page visits and product usage patterns. These tools are used to improve the site and do not change the private nature of the service.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only where needed to operate Recruiter Exchange, comply with legal obligations, or support direct marketplace interactions once access or disclosure is appropriate.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and operational obligations.
