These terms govern access to hansei and Recruiter Exchange, including recruiter accounts, applications, company submissions, and marketplace participation.
Recruiter Exchange is a private marketplace. Access may be limited, reviewed, approved, suspended, or revoked at our discretion to protect service quality, trust, and platform integrity.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting their login credentials. You must not impersonate another person or organisation.
Recruiter applications, company briefs, uploaded documents, and profile changes must be truthful and submitted in good faith. We may reject, remove, or restrict access where submissions appear misleading, incomplete, abusive, or unsuitable.
Users are expected to communicate professionally, respect confidentiality, and avoid misuse of private information shared through the service. Anonymous workflows do not remove these obligations.
Where fees apply, they are governed by the relevant page, brief, or direct agreement in effect at the time of submission or approval. We may refuse to publish or continue listings where required steps are incomplete.
The service is provided on an early-stage, evolving basis. We may update, pause, or remove features as the product develops.
