Use this form to submit your recruiter hiring brief. Roles do not go live automatically. Every brief is reviewed first. If approved, the role goes live only after payment.

Pricing: ¥50,000 upfront per approved post. ¥250,000 success fee if a recruiter is hired through REX and starts.

Terms of engagement

Please read and agree to the following before submitting your hiring brief.

¥50,000 upfront post fee

Each approved listing requires a ¥50,000 upfront payment before the role goes live. Payment instructions will be sent after review and approval.

¥250,000 success fee

If a recruiter introduced through REX is hired and starts employment at your company, a success fee of ¥250,000 becomes payable within 30 days of their start date. This applies regardless of whether the hire was made directly or through a third party after initial introduction via REX.

No refunds on post fees

Post fees are non-refundable once your listing has been approved and payment has been made. If your role is filled or withdrawn after going live, the post fee is not returned.

Accurate and non-misleading brief

You confirm that the hiring brief you are submitting is accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith. Misleading or inaccurate briefs may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of fees paid.

REX reserves the right to reject any brief

Recruiter Exchange reserves the right to reject any hiring brief at its sole discretion, including after payment, in which case a full refund of the post fee will be issued.
